The Patton Firm was founded with a desire to provide clients the legal counsel they need to navigate life’s most difficult obstacles. Emily is a Bullard, Texas native. She graduated at the top of her class at Texas A&M University. After graduation, she worked as a foster parent for a residential group home. She later worked as a paralegal before attended Baylor Law. At Baylor Law, she was an active participant in the Baylor Law Immigration Clinic. She was also the conference head for the Leadership Engagement and Development Counsel, coordinating a conference for lawyers focus on protecting vulnerable populations.
After obtaining her Jurist Doctorate, Emily worked as a criminal prosecutor and later an associate attorney in family law. She has covered cases ranging from HOA property disputes all the way to pending felonies. Emily is the founder and sole owner of The Patton Firm.
